      DHS offers a stable work environment with loftier job security and a reasonably strong union. If you find the right supervisor, your quality of life will be high and your work/life balance volition exist in melody. Many high quality, very smart and committed staff. Opportunities for lateral moves abound.

      Hard to concur supervisors accountable, and if you get a bad one you're in for a ride. Matrimony can sometimes be ineffective. In that location are lots of politics within the organization, and DHS always has a large target on its back. Tin exist challenging to move up in the organization.
